LTC John C. Burgess brings a lifetime of leadership and academic experience to the Foundation. He served in the United States Air Force until 1980 and recorded more than 5,000 flying hours and over 250 combat support missions in his career. He has instructed an award winning AFJROTC unit from Russell High School in Kentucky and coached the school’s academic team to win three State Governor’s Cup Championships and two BETA Club National Championships.
