Fundraising for Knights of Columbus

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CURRENT
CASH-FOR-TRASH PARTICIPANTS

Dear Participant,

We would like to thank you for being involved in our Cash-for-Trash Recycling cartridge and cell phone recycling fundraiser.  We regret to inform you that we will no longer be offering this program through College Options.  However, CC Cash will continue to offer this program as a direct provider.  Please be aware that this decision was made after careful consideration on the part of College Options and in the best interest of our participating groups.

Since last fall CC Cash has been acting as a facilitator for this program.

CC Cash took over full responsibility of the program  on June 1, 2008.

We wish to convey the excellent level of service we have received during their management of the program.  We will miss the level of support and professionalism we have received from CC Cash.  Moving forward we expect the same level of customer of service for your individual recycling program, therefore we strongly recommend participation directly with CC Cash.

There will be several benefits gained in this transfer.  Since College Options will no longer be involved, the portion which aided our nonprofit cause will be paid directly to your collection site.  Also, as CC Cash operates on a different payment cycle, checks will be cut 30 days from the date the items arrive and are processed at the recycling center.  Finally, all customer service and materials requests will be handled directly with CC Cash.  The proper contact information is as follows:

Your last payment (April and May Collection Amounts as well as any money carried over from other quarters) was issued by College Options in August 2008.  Again we appreciate your participation in the Cash-for-Trash Recycling program and wish you the best of luck in your fundraising goals.
